Unemployment in County Cork towns

Summary

The Minister provided available live-register figures for Macroom and Newmarket and noted that the other three towns had no local employment offices.

asked the Taoiseach the number of unemployed persons on the live register for the following towns in County Cork: Macroom, Kanturk, Millstreet, Newmarket and Charleville, on 1 February 1983, 1984 and 1985.

There are no local employment offices in Kanturk, Millstreet or Charleville.
