Mayo commonage subdivision registration 2 speeches

Flynn asked when titles from a Mayo commonage subdivision would be registered. Connaughton said the required documents were unlikely to reach the Land Registry before year-end because of the number of shareholders and investigations involved.

Because of the large number of shareholders involved and the extensive investigations entailed in cases of this nature, it is unlikely that the documents necessary for registration will be available for transmission to the Land Registry before the end of this year.
