asked the Minister for Justice the present position with regard to the application of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare for naturalisation.

(Limerick East): The position is that there is no record in my Department of the person in question having applied for naturalisation although he is on record as having given notice of intention to apply for naturalisation. Should an application be received it will be dealt with as soon as possible.
