Map-reading and British troop incursions

Summary

Power questioned whether repeated British incursions were accidental and asked that Irish personnel not be sent to Britain for map-reading courses. The Minister replied that such courses could be offered to them.

Would the Minister agree that the map reading capacity of British Army personnel can hardly be as suspect as their many incursions would indicate?
