‹ Ceisteann—Questions. Oral Answers. - Western Development Package. Exchequer funding for the scheme
Summary
Noonan sought a guarantee of Exchequer funding after the review and negotiations. Connaughton said the Government would provide funds once the programme was accepted, which Noonan took as confirmation.
(Limerick West): Can the Minister guarantee that there will be Exchequer funds to finance the scheme on the completion of the review and the negotiations?
Comment on this
I have no doubt that once the programme has been accepted, the Government will not be found wanting.
