asked the Minister for the Environment if he will sanction the commencement of work on the Kilmoylenane, Ballinscarthy, County Cork, group water scheme.

Following a recent meeting with my Department's local inspector, the group is preparing a design for the proposed scheme. The allocation of grants to enable the scheme to commence will be considered on receipt of completed application forms when the design has been approved and the scheme has been costed.
