asked the Minister for Tourism, Fisheries and Forestry if he is aware of the dissatisfaction of anglers and other associations with the fisheries restoration works on the Boyne catchment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am aware of the concern of some anglers and their associations regarding fisheries restoration works in the Boyne catchment. However, my Department have been given an undertaking by the Office of Public Works that fisheries rehabilitation of the catchment will be carried out.
