asked the Minister for the Environment if plans have been submitted by Louth County Council for Sandpit group water scheme; and when these plans will be approved.

Louth County Council submitted an outline plan to my Department on 21 May 1986 for an amalgamation of the proposed Sandpit group scheme with a neighbouring proposed scheme. This plan is being examined in consultation with the groups concerned.
