asked the Minister for Social Welfare the cost of posting etc. of copies of her speech at the GPO Dublin on Tuesday, 19 August 1986 in regard to women in politics; women in the Church; the ban on women priests; and women in business; and if such charges are made to her Department in view of the fact that none of these subjects relate to her Department.

The cost was £13.44 and is a charge on the Department. This is in line with normal procedure in the case of ministerial speeches.
