asked the Minister for the Environment when permission to seek tenders will be approved for the Gowran-Paulstown-Goresbridge water supply scheme in Kilkenny.

Contract documents for the Gowran-Paulstown-Goresbridge water supply scheme were recently received in my Department and are under examination at present. Until this examination is completed I am not in a position to issue a decision on these contract documents.
