asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Carlow will receive payment of £5,600 for an installation grant which was delayed in delivery to his Department by ACOT, while staff were on strike.

An application under the scheme of installation aid for young farmers was received from the person mentioned prior to the termination of the scheme on 31 March 1987. The application is currently being investigated and, if the applicant is found to be eligible, payment will be made in due course.
