asked the Minister for the Environment when sanction will be given to the west Cork housing committee for the building of two council houses at Coppeen, Enniskeane, County Cork.

Additional information in respect of this scheme is being sought from Cork County Council (West) to enable examination of the proposal submitted recently to the Department to be completed. I will convey my decision to the local authority on this proposal in due course.
