After the Chair moved proceedings on to priority questions, Deputy Higgins raised a point of order seeking permission to discuss Question 23 on the Adjournment; the Chair said he would communicate with him.
It is now 3.35 p.m. and we have very definitely encroached upon Priority Question Time. I must now proceed directly to priority questions.
