The Minister will circulate a list of operating salmon farms; licences are issued under the Foreshore Act 1933 and/or the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act 1959.
asked the Minister for the Marine if he will specify the salmon farms which are in operation in Irish waters; and the licensing control he exercises in respect thereof.

Licences to operate these farms have been issued under the Foreshore Act, 1933, and/or the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959.
