The Minister said appointing consultants was the Authority’s responsibility and that it had made no appointments since 10 March 1987.

asked the Minister for the Environment whether technical consultants have been appointed to the Customs House Docks Development Authority since 10 March 1987; if so, the manner in which they were chosen; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The appointment of consultants to the Custom House Docks Development Authority is a matter for the authority. I understand that the authority have not appointed any consultants since 10 March 1987.
