‹ Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Údarás na Gaeltachta. Regional planning powers for the Authority
Summary
Higgins asks whether the Authority will be empowered to submit comprehensive regional plans directly to the European Community under the Hume report strategy. Gallagher says the question is not directly relevant but notes that the Authority is responsible for Gaeltacht development.
An féidir leis an Aire a aimsiú an bhfuil sé i gceist ag an Rialtas ag an am seo cumhachtaí le pleananna réigiúnacha a thabhairt don Údarás? Is é sin má ghlacann an Rialtas leis an Hume report ar leibhéal na hEorpa an bhfuil sé mar straitéis go ligfidh an Rialtas do Údarás na Gaeltachta pleananna cuimsithe réigiúnacha a chur os comhair an Chomhphobail díreach, agus na cumhachtaí a aistriú ón Roinn Airgeadais?
