asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will carry out the transfer of a milk quota from a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary to a person in County Waterford as the application has been submitted to the Department for some months past.

The necessary investigation by my Department has now been completed and approval for the transfer of the quota involved will issue very shortly.
