asked the Minister for Education the position regarding the building of the proposed new national school at Brownstown, The Curragh, County Kildare.

Because of the pressure on the capital funds available to my Department for the national schools building programme, it will not for the present be possible to advance further the architectural planning of the proposed new national school at Brownstown, The Curragh, County Kildare for which sketch plans had been prepared.
