asked the Minister for Education if she will expedite the report on the ownership of the site of St. Cronin's school, Swords, County Dublin, so as to facilitate the transfer of part of it to St. Cronin's CBSI for the purpose of building a scout den thereon.

My Department have been asked by the school authorities of St. Cronin's national school, Swords, County Dublin, to agree to the devesting of portion of the site for the purposes referred to by the Deputy. A report on the matter is awaited from the local inspector and as soon as it is to hand my Department will convey a decision to the school authorities.

In view of the Deputy's interest, I have asked that a decision in the matter be expedited.
