asked the Minister for Education if she will consider the taking over of Coláiste Íosagáin, Ballyvourney, Macroom, County Cork, as an agricultural college or a second regional technical college in County Cork; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Responsibility for the establishment of agricultural colleges rests with the Minister for Agriculture. My Department have no plans for the establishment of a regional technical college at Coláiste Íosagáin, Ballyvourney, County Cork.
