Assurance to Archbishop on Fishery Act enforcement

Summary

Deputy Molloy asked whether the Government had assured the Archbishop of Tuam that the Act would not be enforced, and said the Department had earlier been unable to confirm enforcement. The Minister replied that the law was being enforced; the Chair ruled the question out of order.
