asked the Minister for the Marine when he will produce his first six-monthly report on measures taken in his Department to eliminate discrimination against women as announced in the EC publication Women of Europe (details supplied) and the form its publication will take.

My Department have prepared the report referred to in the EC publication Women in Europe and it has been submitted to the Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach who has responsibility for co-ordinating the activities of all Government Departments in the area of women's affairs.
