asked the Minister for Education if she will review the decision of her Department to the effect that the numbers attending Scoil Náisiúnta Pádraig, Clárach, Coille Bron, Contae Mhuíneacháin do not warrant retention of a third teacher as, in view of the representations which she has received outlining the reason, it will be a severe hardship on this school to reduce the number of teachers to two.

As the continuance of the post in question is not warranted under the new arrangements for teacher appointments in national schools it would not be open to me to make an exception in the case.
