asked the Minister for Education if she will reconsider the placing of teachers on the panel from Baltinglass girls' national school, St. Joseph's, County Wicklow because it will result in each class having more than 35 students in double and treble classes in an area already suffering considerable disadvantage.

As the continuance of the post in question is not warranted under the new arrangements for teacher appointments in National Schools from 1 September, 1988, it would not be open to me to make an exception in this case.
