asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in payment of a £16,000 grant approved in 1980 by County Galway Development Committee for grain storage facilities provided by a person (details supplied) in County Galway which is holding up payment of substantial FEOGA grants.

The Central Development Committee agreed in principle in October 1981 to recommend the award of a grant for this person subject to a number of conditions which were notified to the person. However, until these conditions are complied with no final decision on the payment of a grant can be made.
