asked the Minister for Finance the revenue from stamp duties in respect of transfers of interests in land or property other than stocks and shares for each year since 1980; and the revenue from such duties by each county for each year from 1980 to 1987 inclusive and in 1988 to date.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the following amounts of stamp duties have been collected in respect of the transfer of interests in land or property other than stocks and shares for each year since 1980.

The Commissioners have further advised me that their records do not show the receipt of such duties on a geographical basis.
