As I indicated in my reply to Deputy Jim O'Keeffe on 29 June last the requirement in the European Communities (Marketing of Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986, which provides that compounders must declare the quantities of each ingredient contained in animal feedingstuffs is the subject of legal proceedings and is therefore sub judice.
