Priority question spokesperson arrangements
Deputy Higgins sought clarification on changing his party’s allocated spokesperson for priority-question time. The Chair said the matter could not be addressed during the limited session and offered information through his office.

I am not in the least argumentative in respect of Deputy Noonan who is not Fine Gael education spokesman toujours, but this is a matter that needs clarification.
