asked the Minister for the Environment if an application for funds from the national lottery surplus submitted by an association (details supplied) in County Waterford has been approved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I assume that the question relates to an application for an amenity grant towards the cost of providing a squash court in Passage East, County Waterford. If further national lottery funds become available for the amenity grants scheme, I will consider the case for funding for this project in conjunction with the many other applications which have been made.
