Statutory admission rights at community schools

The Minister said no proposals are under consideration to give children statutory rights to attend community schools.

asked the Minister for Education if she has any proposals to confer statutory rights on children to attend community schools in the light of the decision in a case (details supplied) in the High Court in 1987, that admission policies of such schools did not come within the area of public law.
