Threat to Belfast–Dublin railway

Summary

Deputy McGahon sought an Adjournment debate on IRA threats to sever the Belfast–Dublin railway connection and the resulting risk to 100 jobs; the Ceann Comhairle said he would communicate with him.

I wish to raise on the Adjournment the repeated threats by the IRA to permanently sever the railway line connection between Belfast and Dublin and the resultant threat of the loss of 100 jobs.
