Gerard Collins Minister for Justice (Mr. Collins) Fianna Fáil

In accordance with section 6 of the Extradition (Amendment) Act, 1987, the Government will be making a report shortly to each House of the Oireachtas on the operation in 1988 of Part III of the Extradition Act, 1965. Compilation of the material necessary to enable the Government to make that report is being finalised at present.
