Ray Burke Minister for Industry and Commerce (Mr. R. Burke) Fianna Fáil

I have responsibility for this Community instrument. The necessary regulations to give full effect to it are currently being drafted and I am satisfied that every effort is being made to have the necessary legislative and administrative arrangements in place by the due date.
