asked the Minister for Defence, in respect of the second line reserve, if he will give its strength and establishment by (a) rank, (b) corps and (c) command as at (1) 30 September 1969 to 30 September 1979, (2) 30 September 1986 to 30 September 1987, (3) 30 September 1988 to 30 September 1989 and (4) 1 January 1979 to 1 January 1989; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
