Priority question rulings
Flaherty objected to two Priority Questions being ruled out of order and complained that she was notified late and not told she could submit substitutes. The Ceann Comhairle defended the rulings and said she should have known about the substitute procedure.
On a point of order, I should like to protest at the refusal to take two of my Priority Questions which dealt with——

The Deputy had an opportunity also of submitting substitute questions and she failed to do so.

It was not made known to me that it was necessary. A colleague of mine was refused that facility last week——
