asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the areas which have been surveyed in County Waterford for inclusion in the severely handicapped areas.

As some 1,358 townlands in County Waterford were surveyed during the course of the recent nationwide examination of areas, it would be impractical to list each of these townlands and the DED in which it is situated in reply to the Deputy's question. If, however, the Deputy wishes to ascertain whether any particular townland has been surveyed, I shall be happy to have the information supplied at his request.
