asked the Minister for the Environment the present positon regarding the application of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry for a house improvement grant, having regard to a letter and other correspondence which the person concerned received recently from his Department on the matter.

Notification of the completion of the works for which a grant was approved has not yet been received.
