178 Mr. J. Fahey asked the Minister for Justice when a land certificate will be granted to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that from the information supplied it has not been possible to trace the application referred to in the question. If the Deputy will let me have the date of lodgement of the application in the Land Registry or any other reference which may be available, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
