86 Mr. Blaney asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when he expects the Land Commission to have completed the final survey of the Rinmore and Cooladerry commonage (details supplied) in County Donegal; whether there will be a long delay; and if so, if he will immediately assign the necessary additional staff to finalise the matter.

The final survey in this case cannot be carried out until title requirements have been satisfied. The Department are in communication with the parties involved but it is not possible at this stage to say what the outcome will be.
