168 Mr. Calleary asked the Minister for the Environment if he will sanction a proposal from Mayo County Council for extensions to Foxford sewerage scheme along Ballina Road, (a) to service an existing local industry and (b) to complete connections to houses along Station Road and the remaining houses of Clossagh and Bealass.

Two extensions to Foxford sewerage were carried out in 1990 and 1991. No proposal has been made to my Department for the further extension referred to in the question.
