Under EC regulations he will shortly be paid at 80 per cent of the normal rate on his eligible animals provided that his application passes a computer validation check.

Under EC regulations governing the scheme my Department have no choice but to rule him out of the 1991 special beef premium scheme and to debar him from the scheme for 12 months from 21 October 1991.
