Michael Smith Minister for the Environment (Mr. Smith) Fianna Fáil

The making of a management plan which was an objective of the Dublin County Council (Lucan Bridge to Palmerston) Special Amenity Area Order, 1987, as confirmed by the Minister for the Environment on 8 March 1990, is a matter for the planning authority concerned and I have no function in the matter.
