Joe Walsh Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh) Fianna Fáil

The recent ruling of the High Court in connection with the division of the commonage at Glennanmadoo and Bunnahowna has had implications with regard to planning and title requirements.

The Land Commission is in the process of changing its procedures in order that any future commonage division scheme reflects the decision of the High Court.
