John F. O'Connell Minister for Health (Dr. O'Connell) Fianna Fáil

I understand from the South-Eastern Health Board that negotiations are ongoing with staff associations in relation to the opening of these new facilities. A further meeting is being held this week and I have been informed that the board would then hope to be in a position to announce an opening date in the near future.
