Summary
The Chair notes that 15 minutes are allotted for five priority questions and asks for cooperation to handle them fairly.
The questions we are about to embark on are priority questions for which 15 minutes only is provided in our Standing Orders. The Chair will strive earnestly to dispose of the five questions in a fair and equitable manner and requires the co-operation of all concerned towards that end.
