Pádraig Flynn Minister for Justice (Mr. Flynn) Fianna Fáil

There was an investigation of alleged breaches of discipline in Limerick Prison on 5 April 1992. Arising from that investigation, disciplinary charges were brought against a number of prison officers. These charges are currently being processed and, accordingly, it would be inappropriate for me to make any further comment at this stage.
