128 Mr. V. Brady asked the Minister for Justice the number of undetected crimes reported to the Garda during the last 12 month period for which figures are available.

Official figures in relation to recorded indictable crime and detection are compiled on a calendar year basis and are published in the Garda Commissioner's Annual Report on Crime, copies of which are available in the Oireachtas Library. The latest available figures relate to 1991.
