116 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Justice if he will cancel the burden of a 99 year old lease (details supplied) in respect of a former teacher's residence in County Mayo, which was sold subsequently to the occupier but with the effect that the folio carries an entry in respect of the lease.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that notice of the application to cancel the lease has been served on the interested parties and that it is necessary to wait ten days to see whether any objections to such cancellation are received.
