39 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Marine if he will provide funding towards the employment of a full-time harbour master and the building of a harbour office at Baltimore in County Cork.

These matters are the responsibility of the Baltimore and Skibbereen Harbour Commissioners who are statutorily required to take all proper measures for the management, control and operation of Baltimore harbour.
