Taoiseach transferring beef tribunal questions
Rabbitte challenges the transfer of questions about the beef tribunal to other Ministers and asks what remedy is available. The Ceann Comhairle suggests referring the matter to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, and Rabbitte gives notice of his intention to do so.

Is there any remedy open to the House to deal with the fact that the Taoiseach has transferred all questions to other Ministers?

If the Deputy feels strongly about the matter, he might refer it to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges.

I give notice of my intention to do that as I cannot see how other Ministers can answer for the Taoiseach in terms of his own involvement.
